Registered Care Home Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our care home and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities: Overall leadership and management of the care home Ensure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards Lead, support, and develop the staff team Maintain high standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing Manage inspections, audits, and continuous improvement Oversee occupancy, budgets, and operational performance About You: Registered (or eligible to register) with the relevant regulatory body Proven experience managing a residential or nursing care home Strong leadership, organisational, xbpsjku and communication skills Good knowledge of care regulations and inspections Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care Desirable: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
