We are looking for Registered Mental Health/LD nurses to work nights at our service Kitwood House in Northwich.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of supporting those with dementia, you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day.
Must be RN/RMN/LD qualified.

What we are looking for:
Experienced, fully registered nurse who is passionate about care of the elderly.
A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
Experienced in all aspects of medicine management.
Able to provide leadership to the care functions within the unit.
A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
Ability to develop care plans in collaboration with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work
