We are looking for Registered Nurses to work up to 48 hours per week on nights at our service Kitwood House in Northwich. As a Registered Nurse with experience of supporting those with dementia, you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day. We are looking for enthusiastic nurses to join our newly appointed team of industry specialists including; regulation, mental health, dementia, pharmacy and psychology. A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia. Experienced in all aspects of medicine management. Able to provide leadership to the care functions within the unit. A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail. Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned. Ability to develop care plans in collaboration with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
