Location:SomersetJob Types: Full-time | Part-time | Temporary (Ongoing)MedGen Healthcare is currently seeking skilled, compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN) to provide high-quality, home-based care to individuals with complex health needs within the community.This role involves delivering nursing care to patients with a range of complex medical conditions, supporting them to remain safely in their own homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.If you are clinically confident, compassionate, and passionate about delivering person-centred care, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, CQC-regulated provider.The RoleAs an RGN working in complex homecare, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and responsive nursing care in line with individual care plans and NMC standards.Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the patients home.Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions, which may include:Tracheostomy care and suctioningVentilation support (invasive and non-invasive)Enteral feeding (PEG/NG)Catheter careWound managementStoma careMedication administration (including IV therapy where required)Oxygen therapySeizure managementMonitor and record vital signs and clinical observations.Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards.Requirements Active NMC Pin (RGN)Minimum 6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experienceEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certificationDrivers License (preferred but not essential)What We OfferCompetitive Pay Rates: £36.00 £43.00 per hourMileage Reimbursement: 20p per mile (up to 100 miles)Recognition & Rewards: Length of Service Awards & Employee of the MonthWhy Join MedGen Healthcare?MedGen Healthcare is a CQC-regulated provider delivering high-quality care across the community, from non-complex to highly complex packages.We value our nurses and recognise the essential role you play in delivering safe and compassionate care.
