Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care to residents Work closely with the wider care team to implement care plans Support residents with daily living activities Monitor health conditions and respond to changes appropriately Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment ? Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical knowledge and competency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team ??
