Posted on 30/10/2023 Here at Penmellyn Vets we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team helping cover a variety of nursing shifts at the main hospital and our 4 branch surgeries. This position can be either full time or part time and will include an aspect of weekend work on a rota basis. Flexibility in days and shift times is preferred, however this can be discussed at interview. The duties will include: General nursing duties Care of day patients and inpatients Monitoring anaesthetics Nurse Clinics Assisting Veterinary Surgeons Care and maintenance of equipment Stock control Occasional reception work Be well supported by our team Penmellyn s practices are in the heart of Cornwall and we strive to provide first-class care to our team, clients, and pets alike. Overall, we employ 25 full-time Veterinary Surgeons and 50 veterinary Nurses across our sites, we have an exceptionally supportive and forward-thinking team of whom we are immensely proud of. Our branch surgeries generally have a lead Vet working alongside one other Vet and up to 4 Nurses. Are you the perfect fit?
