Location: London (Hybrid – at least two days a week in the office) Overview You will manage a diverse caseload covering investigations, enforcement, fitness to practise and interim suspension matters. Make autonomous decisions in complex and high-risk cases. The appointed lawyer will handle issues with potential reputational risk and related litigation. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor, barrister, or FCILEx with 3+ years PQE managing complex legal or regulatory matters. Experience with case management, investigations, enforcement, or working for a regulator. Familiarity with committees, boards, and regulatory procedures.
