AI Search is partnering with a boutique, high-performance trading firm specialising in fully systematic strategies across both traditional and crypto markets. The team is small, global, fully remote, and operates with cutting-edge technology to drive alpha generation.

Founded and led from London, the group has a strong Russian academic background, with members holding advanced degrees from top universities worldwide.

The founder is looking to add a Reinforcement Learning (RL) Expert to the team. This is a genuine greenfield build – RL capabilities are not yet in place, making this a rare chance to design and shape the approach from the ground up. You will be working closely with an extremely talented group of researchers and engineers, collaborating on high-impact projects in a lean, agile environment.
