Role: Senior Product Manager (Retention & AI)

We’re hiring aGTM-focused Senior PMtoown the roadmapfor our retention-focused products. You’lldefine strategy, integrateAI/ML-driven features, and collaborate with engineering to buildscalable, high-ROI solutionsfor Shopify/Klaviyo brands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development—fromideation to 1M+ ARR—for retention/AI tools.
Build data-driven GTM strategiestoaccelerate adoptionin DTC/FMCG markets.
Partner with engineersto deploypredictive analytics, ML models, and automation.
Optimize pricing, positioning, and UXtomaximize conversion & retention.
Analyze competitive trendsandunlock untapped SaaS revenue streams.

Must-Have Qualifications

7+ years in SaaS PM roles, withproven success scaling B2B products (0→1).
Strong technical background(APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML concepts).
GTM expertise—you’velaunched & monetizedhigh-growth software.
E-commerce/Shopify ecosystem knowledge(DTC, CPG, or subscriptions).
Data-obsessed—SQL, Mixpanel, or Looker experience is ahuge plus.
