Summary of Role This role involves managing and coordinating remedial maintenance work by serving as the main contact point, organising repairs through direct labour or subcontractors while meeting customer SLAs, and ordering necessary parts and equipment. What you will be doing * Primary point of contact for remedial works in progress * Organising & completing Service remedial works with direct labour or sub-contractor in line with customer SLA’s * Ordering of parts, access equipment, plant & tools * Ensuring jobs are done within budget and with agreed timelines. * Identify any contract variations and manage cost controls. * Oversee quality and technical compliance or works undertaken. * Delegate booking-In and issuing of RAMS and Permits, where required * Provide Updates so customers portals so ETA’s can be tracked. * Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders. * Processing all reactive paperwork to ensure works are correctly invoiced * Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team. * Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
