As the successful Court of Protection Solicitor, you will

Be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards mental capacity. Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work, particularly COP files. Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law.

Those able to supervise and/or sit on the Mental Capacity (welfare) Panel are desirable but not essential. Salary: £30,000 to £75,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
