What will you do?

Run your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims including RTA, EL & PL matters Take initial instructions Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary Liaise with experts, counsel & clients – developing relationships along the way Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc Instruct and brief counsel Diarise & comply with court timetables

What will you need?

To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive 5+ years’ experience Practising Rights To have handled Intermediate & Multi-Track personal injury cases To be familiar handling a Fixed Fee caseload EL/PL experience Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal would be useful
