Repair Technician

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Repair Technician to join our team, specialising in the repair of Samsung consumer and business devices.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete 6–8 device repairs per day across multiple product categories while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
This is a team-focused role requiring strong collaboration skills to ensure priority repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Repair 6–8 Samsung devices per day, across:

Mobiles
*
Tablets
*
UB Repairs
*
Wearables
*
Hearables
*
Laptops
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues to prioritise urgent or business-critical repairs.
*
Complete Samsung’s required training courses via the Samsung Business Academy.
*
Utilise Samsung’s Knowledge Portal (SKP) to support learning and development.
*
Follow company procedures to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
*
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
Training & Development
Full training support will be provided, including guidance from a team of accredited engineers. Candidates must be willing and able to successfully complete Samsung certification modules.
Qualifications & Requirements

Good spoken and written English.
*
Strong academic ability with the capacity to learn and apply technical training materials.
*
Comfortable following structured learning programmes and technical documentation.
