Youll play a key role in identifying, quoting, and winning chargeable repair work, while building strong relationships with our valued clients. What Youll Do Review maintenance reports and engineer notes to identify repair opportunities. Create accurate, timely quotations for repairs and insurance requests. Follow up with clients to ensure quotes are received and understood. Convert quotes into orders by building trust and offering solutions. Support admin tasks in the regional service office, including handling calls.
