The Role: You will use housing management system data to plan, prioritise and adjust work programmes across responsive repairs, voids, planned works and servicing. The role requires agility, strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate workload pressures while maintaining excellent communication with residents and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities of a Repairs Planner:
Maximise and balance operatives daily workloads to achieve productivity targets Monitor performance, identify risks to target dates, and reprioritise work accordingly Schedule appointments in line with KPIs and resource availability Analyse workload trends, peaks and data patterns to improve efficiency Maintain accurate records of resource availability and job progress Liaise with the Contact Centre to ensure correct job logging and appointment setting Keep residents informed of appointment changes Provide performance insights and feedback to managers and operational teams Reduce ad hoc outsourcing and support cost-effective service delivery Ensure accurate documentation and audit records are maintained About You
Experience in repairs planning/scheduling (ideally within housing or property maintenance) Strong organisational and analytical skills Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Experience with housing management systems desirable What this Repairs Planner role has to offer: Immediate start Full time hours Mon - Fri Minimum 3 month contract Opportunity to gain experience with a reputable Housing Association If this Repair Planner role is for you please apply or contact TPBN1_UKTJ
