We are seeking a chemistry researcher to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include a strong understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Job Details:

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.

Responsibilities:

• Providing AI chatbots with complex chemistry problems and evaluating their outputs.
• Assessing the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in Chemistry or related fields preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in chemistry, reasoning, and spatial-temporal skills.
