Overview We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a project based in Kidbrooke, London. This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and previous experience working on residential construction or refurbishment schemes.
You will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a smooth delivery of works with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
* Communicate upcoming works, timelines, and any disruptions
* Manage and resolve resident queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently
* Carry out resident consultations, home visits, and regular updates
* Support the site team with access arrangements and scheduling
* Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions
* Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within construction or social housing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally
* Well-organised with good administrative skills
* Experience working on refurbishment or regeneration projects (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
