In this role, you will be the main point of contact for planned re-investment and maintenance works and projects. You will liaise with residents, colleagues and external stakeholders in the shaping of services and identifying requirements and be handling and resolving complaints, with a high level of service. Working with a dynamic team to manage the maintenance of over 10,000 properties, Southern Housing is dedicated to delivering excellent services and improving our resilience. We are also keen to build new homes and grow our organisation. You will be based from our Hastings office with flexible working arrangements to be specified and agreed with your line manager.
