Private Workload Are you an experienced Residential (Building) Surveyor looking to focus on a low volume, non-lender/private workload? Would like to earn well in excess of £100k based on undertaking 1 x report per day? My client is a highly respected, long-established, multi-office, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, with offices throughout London. Through overwhelming demand for their services, they are now looking to appoint an additional Residential Surveyor as follows: AssocRICS or M/FRICS qualified (VRS not essential). Comfortable undertaking L2 and L3 Surveys for private clients (our client does not service lender/panel work) Work available in N, E, EN and IG postcodes, with patches put together to suit both location and earning preferences NEVER more than 20 Surveys per month expected (i.e. 1 per day), unless desired for greater earning potential Sensible turnaround times: 2-3 days for L2s and 4-5 days for L3s Options to undertake other work if desired
