A well-established and ambitious law firm with a vibrant, diverse and supportive culture is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its Residential Property team. The firm promotes collaboration, professional development, and flexible working, including hybrid arrangements and a 9-day fortnight option.
Residential Conveyancing CaseloadThe role involves managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders
- Post-completion and Land Registry matters
- Ensuring compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with autonomy and a client-focused approach, while also contributing to business development and maintaining strong referrer relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage files independently
- Strong client care skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience in business development xrlawcv and referrer relationship building
- Collaborative and professional approach to team working
- Hybrid working with flexible hours and office base
