Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Advise on a wide variety of matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases First-time buyers and Buy to Let New Build purchases Staircasing and shared ownership Auction sales and purchases (including Modern Method) Re-mortgaging Transfers of Equity and Title Building Safety Act considerations Provide exceptional levels of client care, maintaining clear communication throughout.
