•The appointed candidate will be confident in managing risk, ensuring Anti-Money Laundering compliance, meeting lender requirements, and providing an exceptional client experience.

•Extensive technical expertise in residential conveyancing, encompassing sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, transfers of equity, and lease transactions.
