Responsibilities Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties professionally Provide a high level of client care and maintain strong client relationships Requirements Ideally, you will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyance or Legal Executive Experienced in managing residential property transactions Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and organised approach Company Overview Our client has huge stronghold in this bustling Essex market town with an incredibly loyal client base and strong connections with the local and national estate agents in the region.
