The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development, plot sales & part exchange.
Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.

Liaising with developer clients on a daily basis - chasing for information and documentation. Preparing contract packs Setting up legal packs Handling pre-contract enquiries Managing exchange of contracts Preparing Bills. Undertaking Land Registry ApplicationsOur client is particulalrly interested in speaking to experienced Residential Conveyancer with Part Exchange experience.
