About the Role:

Currently seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties
• Handle a range of matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout transactions
• Handle between 25-35 new instructions each month, supported by dedicated support staff
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the office through active business development

Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE as a solicitor within residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
• Enthusiastic about business development and growth opportunities
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to advance their career
