Residential Development Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Kent, £70,000 - £90,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity to join a leading real estate team in Kent and play a key role in the continued growth of their Residential Development practice. JOB REF: 0525

THE ROLE: • You will act for a range of developer and housebuilder clients on all aspects of land acquisition and development, from site assembly to infrastructure and planning. • With support from a well-regarded team, you will manage transactions from start to finish and provide guidance on conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements and site acquisitions and disposals • You will also supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential development or commercial real estate • Strong technical knowledge and transactional experience • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • A proactive, collaborative approach and a keen commercial mindset • Experience working with housebuilders, developers, or landowners is highly desirable
