A highly regarded medium-sized residential care home in the Carnoustie area is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Home Manager to lead a dedicated team and continue driving exceptional standards of person-centred care. The home provides high-quality residential and respite care within a warm, therapeutic, and homely environment.

We are looking for a passionate, capable leader who can inspire others, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold a culture of excellence across care quality, staff development, and operational performance. About the Residential Home Manager role and what's on offer:

Permanent, full-time contract - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with on-call duties)
Salary £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
£1000 per month occupancy bonus

What we're looking for in a Residential Home Manager:

Experienced Residential Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up, with a strong understanding of regulated care services
Thorough knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations, safeguarding, and quality governance frameworks
Experience supporting older people and/or adults with complex care needs
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to support budgets, occupancy management, audits, and compliance systems
Committed to promoting independence, dignity, and choice for residents
Confident, compassionate, and proactive in leading and developing a high-performing care team
