\nTHE ROLE:
\nA respected regional law firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. As the appointed Residential Property Lawyer, you will be advising on all types of matters including remortgages, new build property, equity releases and freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from initial instruction through to completion.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nApplications are invited from Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE and comprehensive experience managing the full residential conveyancing process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have demonstrable technical expertise across a wide range of residential property matters and a proven track record of working in a busy practice environment, handling a varied and challenging caseload.
