TSR Legal are working with a highly successful full service firm with offices in Oxford who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate The Role & Responsibilities:
Managing and running a full caseload (Non Panel Work) Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let. Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
Preferably 2-4 years PQE Be able to handle own caseload Have a strong technical proficiency Be committed to high levels of client care and communication Have excellent organisational and communication skills Be a strong team player
