Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation for residential conveyancing.
• Oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
