Job Description

Residential Property Solicitor| NQ – 2 yrs PQE |£45k - £55k DOE |East London |Hybrid working after probation/settling in.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a boutique firm with an excellent reputation in both Commercial and Residential Property Law. The firm offers high-quality work with direct client exposure, within a supportive and close-knit team environment. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in Commercial Property work if this is of interest for additional development in property law.

The firm is based in modern, spacious offices in with excellent transport links and prides itself on delivering a high standard of client service while maintaining a collaborative culture.

The Role

The firm has excellent clients including lenders, property developers, property owners, corporates and prestige banks. Most of their work is gained from recommendations from repeat clients who have been successful working with the firm for many years. You will manage your own caseload with support from Senior Solicitors and Partners, and matters will include:

Sales and Purchase of Leasehold and Freehold properties

Transfer of Equity

Remortgaging

The opportunity to gain experience in commercial property matters if of interest.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, NQ – 2 years PQE

Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail

Organised, diligent, comfortable managing your own caseload, with supervision

Effective communicator and strong team player

Proactive, motivated, and able to work under pressure
