An established and highly respected law firm in the East Midlands is looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their expanding property team across several key locations. What You'll Do

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Deliver high levels of client service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a friendly, well-structured team.

What They are Looking For

• Proven experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing legal environment.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer (or equivalent experience).
