Residential Property Solicitor – 1 year+ PQE

This is an excellent and genuine opportunity for a residential property solicitor to work for a modern, progressive and flexible business.

You will be an experienced solicitor with at least 1 years’ PQE in residential property. You will manage your own caseload which will consist of a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, shared-ownership, lease extensions and transfers. Knowledge of Housebuilder transactions would also be welcome.

The salary offered is very competitive dependent on experience and is bolstered by a generous and achievable bonus scheme. You will be working in a friendly team with lots of good quality work.
