This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in driving property sales and valuations within a well-established, respected firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate the residential sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding client service. Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards. Drive business growth through proactive marketing and networking initiatives. Conduct valuations and provide expert advice to clients. Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely progression of transactions. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and profitability. About You: Proven experience in residential property sales, with previous management or senior-level experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities. Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
