The homes support young people with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and complex needs and we are looking for resilient and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in young peoples lives. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role where you can choose shifts that work for you, however applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the young people in our care feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop independence skills.
