Overview of the Role:
As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for writing engaging adverts to attract qualified candidates, making calls to potential applicants, and conducting interviews to assess their suitability. You will carry out pre-selection and compliance checks, ensuring that all candidates have the right to work in the UK (RTW) and maintaining high standards through audit checks.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
- Experience in recruitment or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
