Job Description Resourcing Manager – Technology Consulting | London (Hybrid)

Join one of the UK's fastest-growing tech consultancies as a strategic Resourcing Manager. You’ll connect sales, training, and consultant deployment, making sure the right people are matched with the right clients when it matters most.

This role is key to our business. You’ll manage the consultant bench with a focus on keeping everyone billable, actively promote talent to account managers, plan resource needs a few months in advance, and help organise large team deployments on tight schedules. You’ll also guide bootcamp graduates to become confident, client-ready consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full resourcing lifecycle across graduate consultants, contract hires, and internal recruitment
Manage the consultant bench with a strong commercial focus, actively promote talent to account teams, and make sure transitions are smooth so consultants can move from one project to the next without delay.
Monitor sales opportunities and forecast against the pipeline to identify future capability gap...
