Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children and young people.

Oversee staff coordination, scheduling, and facility utilisation to optimise efficiency.

Develop and manage the annual budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Implement auditing systems to ensure compliance with Childrens Home Regulations (England) 2015.

Establish key performance metrics and systems for continuous monitoring and improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
