Job Title: Restaurant & Bar Supervisor Location: The Orangery at Tottenham Court Road Reports to: Restaurant General Manager Hours: Full-time 40hrs/week predominantly evening shifts
Were looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Orangery , our innovative restaurant located in the heart of Tottenham Court Roads vibrant culinary scene. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional evening service while helping to grow and develop our vibrant bar offering. As Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, you will play an important role in leading the evening service and bar operation. Youll help drive service standards, support the team on the floor, and contribute to developing a drinks offering that complements our produce-led menu. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, attentive, and guest-focused service at all times
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring consistently high service standards
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly and positively
Bar & Drinks Leadership Support and lead the evening bar operation
Help develop and grow the drinks offering, including cocktails and wine
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverages
Team Leadership Supervise and support front-of-house team members during service
Motivate and guide the team to maintain high energy and excellent service standards
Assist with training and development, particularly around drinks knowledge and guest engagement
Service Operations Oversee the smooth running of evening service
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Complete and submit end-of-night reports including service notes, sales highlights, and operational feedback
What You'll Bring Previous experience in a supervisor or senior front-of-house role within a restaurant or bar
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
High energy, positivity, and strong presence on the floor
Interest in wine, cocktails, and food
Confidence leading a team during busy evening services
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work predominantly evening and late-night shifts
