As the Restaurant & Bar Manager you will work alongside our Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the restaurant and bar areas run smoothly with a particular focus on driving revenue and service delivery as well as financially critiquing all cost KPI's. You will be responsible for the team from recruitment to training and retention activities and will enjoy leading by example and motivating your team deliver memorable experiences. This is a full time role working variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
