Primary Role: The Head waiter/waitress is responsible for making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and managing an amazing FOH team. We are looking for: People who are hardworking, passionate about food (real foodies, willing to taste a lot of our dishes!) and who can effectively manage a team to provide service which is fully satisfying for our customers! Good people skills, prior leadership/management experience in hospitality and an excellent command of English, both spoken and written are essential. One year of experience in a similar role is essential.
