THE ROLE As Store Master, you are the person who makes it all happen. You own the restaurant. You lead the team. You deliver the results. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where no two days are the same and your impact is felt every single shift. You will be responsible for everything from food quality and team development to sales performance and customer experience. You will work alongside your management team to build something you are genuinely proud of.
