Restaurant Manager , you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

We expect the Restaurant Manager to be highly visible on the floor, leading service with confidence and ensuring every guest receives a memorable Hutong experience. The role requires strong operational discipline, with a clear focus on service standards, team deployment and smooth day-to-day execution. We are looking for a manager who can coach and motivate the team in real time, setting the tone for professionalism, energy and consistency during every service. Attention to detail, from table presentation to service timing and guest interaction is essential in maintaining our premium brand standards. The ideal Restaurant Manager will be proactive, resilient under pressure and passionate about hospitality, taking full ownership of their shifts and team performance.

Where are we located? Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UKs tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Your day at Aqua: Team guidance & development:

Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations Operational management:

Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, scheduling rotas, creating promotional ideas and enhancing overall guest satisfaction

You will be paid £31,785.16 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £24,465.24 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
