The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, building and training a strong team, and ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service

Design and implement structured training programs to Michelin-level standards

Maintain the highest attention to detail across service, presentation, and guest experience

Ensure smooth daily operations, including reservations, service flow, and team coordination

Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Monitor performance, provide feedback, and continuously develop team members

Uphold brand standards and contribute to the overall concept and guest journey

Candidate Profile Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment

Strong background in team training and development

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience with reservation and POS systems is a plus
