In every restaurant, you'll find talented Shift Managers and you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.

Our Shift Manager are there to demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.

AS A SHIFT MANAGER YOU'LL BE
  • Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
  • Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing a above & beyond experience for your team and customers
  • Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun!
  • Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
  • You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
  • You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area
