Salary: £34-36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Full-time - permanent - straight daytime shifts - alternate weekends off
Own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to take the lead in a busy, well established venue - working straight daytime shifts only, with no evenings ever!
The role:
As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operation of this busy, quality and customer service led restaurant. You'll lead from the front - ensuring smooth service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the highest standards of food, service and presentation.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all daily restaurant operations
Controlling labour, stock, budgets and costs to achieve financial targets
Recruiting, training, and developing your team to deliver excellent service
Leading from the front in all areas of the business - including hands-on support in service and occasionally in the kitchen
Maintaining high operational standards, compliance, and company procedures
Delivering consistently outstanding customer service
Meeting and exceeding company targets and KPIs'
About you:
We're looking for someone with:
Experience as a Restaurant, Cafe, Food-led Pub, or Coffee Shop Manager
A background in busy quality fresh food operations
Strong financial and commercial accumen with P&L accountability
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
A hands-on lead by example approach and keen attention to detail
Sound understanding of legislation, compliance and food safety
A positive and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
IT literacy and confidence with systems and processes
