Helping lead the front of house team to deliver impeccable service through a professional yet warm and friendly approach to guests to maintain their exceptional reputation of fresh food dining, a well curated wine offering and innovative cocktails.

The Person
As the successful Restaurant Supervisor will need the following: Experience in a premium restaurant/gastro pub setting Must
currently hold the position on Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager Be a great communicator with a dynamic and charismatic approach Confidence and a hospitality front of house expert Driven, reliable and a true team player who is able to lead by example Wine knowledge Impeccable standards of service with a passion for exceptional food and quality wines and cocktails A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for exceeding guest expectations Personable and trustworthy Be local to the area or have own transport
