About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurants Manager to lead two of Londons most elegant dining venues: Sette, our modern Italian restaurant, and the sophisticated Bvlgari Lounge, both located within the ultra-luxury Bvlgari Hotel London. This is a rare opportunity to shape the guest experience in an environment where exceptional service, attention to detail, and authentic Italian hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a large and diverse team, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression of excellence.
