*Retail + Events Host Supervisor – Camden Passage, Islington.*
Posh Totty Designs is looking for a confident, customer-focused *Retail + Events Host Supervisor* to join our team at our beautiful store in *Islington, London*. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a friendly, creative business where every customer interaction is personal and full of meaning.
About the Role
First and foremost, this role is about *retail*. You’ll be the main face of the store during your shifts, often working independently, so we’re looking for someone who thrives when given responsibility, takes pride in the space they work in and genuinely enjoys delivering *outstanding customer experiences*.
You’ll be:
* Providing *exceptional customer service; *helping each person find the perfect piece and making their visit feel special
* Driving *in-store sales* with enthusiasm, confidence, and strong product knowledge
* Personalising jewellery using our signature *hand-stamping *technique (full training provided)
* Taking care of the *day-to-day running *of the store including opening/closing, visual merchandising, stock, admin, and *keeping the space clean and well-presented*
* Acting as a true *ambassador for the brand*, maintaining high standards and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Workshops (A Fun Bonus!)
In addition to your retail responsibilities, you’ll occasionally host our popular *Wax Ring Making Workshops*. These are run in-store, in the early evenings or on weekends and are a chance to bring even more energy, fun and creativity to the customer experience. Full training is provided, and they’re a great way to connect with our customers and showcase the brand.
About You
* A *self-starter* who enjoys lone working and can confidently manage a store day-to-day
* Naturally *warm, friendly and engaging* with a talent for customer service and storytelling
* Passionate about *retail and sales*, and motivated by hitting targets (with commission as a thank-you for your efforts!)
* Organised, tidy, and able to keep the store looking its best at all times
* Keen to learn new skills, including hand-stamping and workshop hosting
* Creative and curious, with an interest in jewellery or handmade products
The Details
* *40 hours per week, *with fixed shop shifts and occasional evening/weekend workshop hosting
* *Commission* structure to reward your sales achievements
