We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Partnerships Admin Assistant to join our vibrant team for a 10-month fixed term contract. As a Retail Partnerships Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail partnerships team. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with retail partners, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. You’ll play a key role in our team, helping to drive our retail partnerships to new heights.
Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the management of retail partnerships, including maintaining records and tracking performance. Supporting on campaigns and events Collaborating with the new goods team and reporting on revenue Data analysis and reporting Providing exceptional administrative support to the retail partnerships team, including mailbox management, coordinating meetings and reports.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and has a keen eye for detail. You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for retail.
To succeed in the role, you’ll have: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the retail industry. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working arrangements
Please note this is a fixed-term contract covering family leave up until June 2026.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and either or London or Northampton office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. Interview process
First stage interviews will consist of a one-way video interview. Second stage interviews will be via Teams. They are due to be held w/c 8th September.
